Pencil & Eraser.

Pencil: I'm sorry....

Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.

Pencil: I'm sorry cos you get hurt bcos of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time.

Eraser: That's true. But I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad. :)

I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational.

Parents are like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes. Sometimes along the way... they get hurt, and become smaller (older, and eventually pass on). Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad.

To my parents, I knew I did a lot of mistakes. Please forgive me. I love you both. Nothing could replace your great deeds. Only Allah can rewards it with something better. I pray that Allah give you the greatest rewards. Ameen.

Allah knows the best

Salam alayk,

Ermm.. today I did not find any story, so I decided to write my story. Last Monday is the last day school of SAMTTAJ. So, that Monday we threw an end-year-party. In assembly, at the morning, all school's prefect had to resign post and reelection. There are six ladies prefect (form 3) in 2010. After resigned post, four from six of us not being reelected (include me). I, Falihah, Iklil and Diyana felt a bit surprise, what had we done? After assembly, all prefect 2011 had an encounter, two of them whose being reelection, Hidayu and Fifi went to meet our ustazah and asked about four of us. But the reply from ustazah is not what we expected. Usatazah said, we are high possibility to achieve good result in PMR and maybe shift to other school. So, what will happen to the prefect committee if many of us go to other school? Hmm.. maybe it's true. But, ustazah... I and Diyana didn't send any application for any school. How could we get an offering letter to shift to other school? When I think back, I am really appreciate of ustazah's expectation about us. I hope the expectation about achieve the best result in PMR will be accomplish. Whatever it is, I still thankful to Allah for giving me chance to be a prefect in a year. For the new and old prefects in 2011, hold your post as good as possible. May you deserve Allah's blessing, ameen.

Salam Ukhuwah.

10 Sin Washer & Heart Antidote.

Salam alayk.

Here is a true story happened in the time of Hassan Al-Basri, a religious man who is well-known on his era. I read all stories I found, and this is the best. Erm.. for your information, no English translation.

Kemudian, si tabib itu menjelaskan:

"Ambillah sepuluh macam ramuan:

  1. Ambillah akar pohon fakir bersama akar-akar pohon tawaddhu' (kerendahan hati),
  2. Campurkanlah padanya tumbuhan taubat,
  3. Taruhlah ke dalam bekas keredhaan,
  4. Tumbuklah dengan penumbuk qana'ah,
  5. Masukkan dalam kuali taqwa,
  6. Lalu tuangkanlah padanya air malu,
  7. Didihkanlah dengan api mahabbah,
  8. Tuangkanlah ke dalam gelas syukur,
  9. Kemudian kipaslah dengan kipas harapan,

An Arabic Debate Competition.

Salam alayk,

Last four days, I was very busy preparing for an Arabic Competition in our school. Actually, this competition is for finding a new debater in 2011. Ustaz Samad have to look talented students. We had been separated in five groups. Syanfara, A'sya, Amru 'ul Qais, .......... Abi Salma and I had forgotten already the last one. My group members are, first debater is Miss Ainur Farzana, second debater is Mr. Imdad/Miss Syazreeza, and I was the third debater. Our group is Syanfara. We won on the first and second game, but lose in the final. Alhamdulillah, Allah gives us the chance for us to be a champion at first. We lose with Mr. Nazri's group( I don't remember what is his group's name). Oh, I'm sure you feel a bit weird with our group's name but it it is actually the name of Arabic poet's name in the era before jahiliya. Ustaz Samad gave the name, and I like my group's name, Syanfara. I admit, Nazri is a very talented debater. I don't know how could he write back all our "hujah" and object all of them one by one till the last. I can't do that. I just object three from six "hujah" of their's. Of course, he is a good listener. I hope, I can be like him and even better. Congratulations, to Nazri's group. Allah gave the best and I have to except it. Okay that's all for today.

Salam Ukhuwah.

Graduation

Salam alayk,

My fifth brother, Hadi graduated on August in course of Applied Chemistry. He is now working at Chemlab in Kelana Jaya as a chemist. Studied at University Malaya when taking degree. Actually, I want to share about my sister's problem at her university which is UNiSEL. She took medical imaging course. This course could lead to be a radiographer which a person who x-ray people. The problem now is, she and her friends had finished their studies and also practical but their course still not recognized by MQA. So, they could not be graduated until the MQA recognize their course. While their problem being processed, all the medical imaging students have to work at any private clinics or hospitals about one year to get experience. The experience is important for applying post(of course radiographer) in government hospital. But the latest news, I heard the MQA will tell the result whether their course being recognized or not by 10 November. I am pleased to urge my readers to pray for the result. May Allah give the best. Ameen.
